Challenge and Objective

The Insurance Managers Association of Cayman (IMAC), as the industry association for captive insurance and reinsurance in the Cayman Islands, has a mandate to promote the Cayman Islands as a superior domicile for these types of alternative insurance entities. 

The challenge of communicating these messages to a global audience is rooted in long-held, but erroneous views of the Cayman Islands held by some sections of the target audience and in turn, their key stakeholders, including legislators and their advisors and the general public. 

How could a small industry association compete for share of voice against the power of a much bigger lobby?

A new brand for external audiences was required (the acronym 'IMAC' presented a significant SEO challenge!). Cayman International Insurance was born, and with it a new website
